Applicants Invited to Join Hands in Compilation of Konkani Dictionary

The Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy is planning to prepare a Konkani dictionary to aid teachers and students as Konkani will be introduced in the schools as an optional subject from the academic year 2006.

This will be an English-Konkani dictionary, which will be prepared in Kannada script. The Konkani Sahitya Academy has invited eligible candidates to help in the compilation of the dictionary. The interested and eligible candidates may send their applications with their name, address, qualification and experience on or before July 30 to the following address:
